RECOMMENDATIONS to ensure the best RESULTS
WATER intake is essential after treatment!
Ideal daily intake of water is 2/3 of an ounce for every pound of your body weight.
Example: 150 lbs = 100 ounces of water per day
HEALTHY EATING HABITS
Avoid high carbohydrate foods and drinks on your treatment days.
Do not eat or drink 2 hours prior to and after the treatment, EXCEPT FOR WATER!
Participate in cardiovascular exercise within 4 hours after your treatment. A minimum 10 minute walk immediately after treatment is highly recommended.
Find a piece of clothing (ie. Pants or shirt), that hangs in your closet because it is too uncomfortable to wear. Use it as a reference point to see the results of the treatments.
For women, begin the treatment upon completion of their menstrual cycle.
Follow proper treatment protocol of 3 treatments per week for 3 weeks.
